Our client did not have time to stop, hit the car, and died shortly thereafter due to his injuries. • $1,000,000 Dram Shop Hit and Run Our client was leaving a bar when another patron from the bar, who was very intoxicated, ran over our client and another patron. He then left the scene and fled the country. Litigation ensued for multiple years resulting in a global policy limits settlement of $1,000,000. (2024)
• $1,000,000.00 Septic Truck Failure To Yield (Left) Collision Policy limits settlement where Septic Truck Driver failed to yield while turning left causing a violent collision. Septic Truck Driver was arrested for being under the influence and client underwent emergency surgery. Presuit offer was $228,000.00. Suit was filed and policy limits were secured shortly thereafter. • $550,000.00 Pre-Suit Settlement Cervical Discectomy Surgery following MVA Our client was rearended on I-85. Damage to her vehicle did not appear too severe but she sustained a neck injury which ultimately resulted in a cervical discectomy surgery. • $2,000,000.00 CAD Tractor-Trailer Collision Policy Limits Settlement where Canadian Truck Driver rear-ended client on I-285. Driver and Company denied any fault until time of settlement. Client underwent many injections and multiple surgeries (Lumbar Discectomy and Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant).
• $1,000,000.00 Premises Liability Shooting Case Our client, a police officer, was shot multiple times by a 'security officer' hired by a construction company for their job site. Our client underwent multiple surgeries and fortunately survived. In litigation we discovered that the 'security officer' was an illegal immigrant, a drug user, had no security training, and did not speak english. The policy limits secured only represents a portion of the case as it is still in litigation. (2025)
• $110,017.63 Settlement DUI Hit-and-Run driver and low medical bills Client was hit by a drunk driver. Fortunately she had a dashcam which captured the footage of the DUI driver gaslighting her and then leaving the scene. Client's injuries were not too severe but the insurance company for the at-fault driver kept trying to play games. Litigation ensued and this result (12 times the medical bills) was obtained.
• $350,000.00 policy limits Wrist Surgery after an MVA Our client sustained a wrist fracture which required surgery following a wreck. We obtained the $300,000 policy limits from the at-fault insurance company and the $50,000 policy limits from client's policy without litigation. (2025)
• $600,000.00 (2x Gov't Cap) Settlement Reckless Police Chase Our client was tragically killed while driving home due to a reckless police chase. The police were chasing a known and locatable burglar through three different counties instead of following their own procedure of standing down and arresting him at a later time. The chase ended when the burglar ran into a motorcyclist and then our client's vehicle, causing our client's vehicle to explode, killing him. • $1,200,000.00 Tractor-Trailer Work Accident Default judgment against trucking company transportation company for severe injuries and sustained to client’s foot requiring multiple surgeries when the company’s employee negligently drove a trailer over client’s lower extremity at a job site in Columbia, SC. TMLF settled with a separate third party for $350,000.00 as well.
